Gill,

Plot 42b has changed out of all recognition I'm afraid and has lost its original pattern.

However having said that it has been managed well and last time I looked was very productive albeit not as pretty as in your heyday here.

As you may see from my latest post - you are still inspiring me - an echinacea plant waits for a more permanent home on the allotment.

Thanks again,

Richard

Hi Richard,
What does plot 42b look like now. That used to be mine (sob!). I'm too scared to come and have a look.

Many thanks mtp. It's thanks to your tutorial that these pics are available to the wide world.

Dennis got his own back last week by getting first to my third in the "biggest pumpkin" competition. Photo and notes to follow.

hi Richard

This is great, very impressive. My lettuce are brilliant, but the rest is lagging behind, beans growing, but most things I planted that you gave me were dug up by cats when I was on holiday. But next year I will do better and stay at home all year to guard them!

Peggy,

I am absolutely delighted to be of help. I started this just as a place to keep the photos to show my young relatives who are much more active than me but live too far away to visit.

I hesitate to call any of it advice - its more just what has and hasn't worked for me!

Thanks again.
